The app
Wen is an educational financial planning tool. It is not tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a substitute for a licensed professional who knows your situation.
Example figures are illustrative. Verify anything load-bearing before you act on it.
The purchase
The full version is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It is tied to your Apple ID and restorable on your devices through the App Store.
There is no subscription and nothing recurs.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We have no access to your payment details and cannot process refunds directly.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its outputs. Decisions made using this tool are yours alone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the publisher's state of organization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
